Habits seem to help us manage difficult situations as we are growing up, but often limit our growth if we do not challenge them later on.

It is interesting how our physical being changes all the time, yet it is extremely difficult to get people to change their behaviors. Physicians tell their patients to change their habits or they will die...not even the threat of death will make some people change. In Education the most difficult part of my job is to get teachers to change the way the teach. So Ken, when I read your post that Change is Constant, I had to read more. If only the biodance had a link to behaviors as well.

Paul,
Thanks for your kind words. I think we work in the same spirit. I am not a strong believer in reincarnation, but I recognize its explanatory power. Good luck on the Reincarnation Experiment. Please keep me informed. Ken

Dear Ken,
Congratulations on your new book. It is one more block in the foundation of a new understanding of the human condition. Our body is an integral aspect of an individuated energetic field of consciousness that is independent of any one physical manifestation.. In other words, we are not limited this body, but we are dependent on this body to evolve our consciousness through experimentation and learning. Your writing furthers our understanding of psychophysical cooperation which is ultimately expressed through reincarnation. Check out the Reincarnation Experiment at www.reincarnationexperiment.org. Best wishes for success with your book, Paul

Dear Ken:

I am wholly immersed now in the strategy to help make 100 people very wealthy by turning over to them patents. copyrights and trade secrets accumulated in 71 years. I believe these are times that require vastly different mental and bodily functioning because the American nation has crashed. Google: Orwell's 1984: David Goodman, third article on "The 60th Anniversary of Orwell's 1984." It is crash and burn time, and I wonder if you can get my message. As for comment on your article, I have unfortunately been baptized in one of those Paleolithic churches -- supplying them with the most advanced neuroscience from my lab and clients that can help them cope enormously. Congratuations on your fine ideas, and keep it up. I just had to be baptized because "The Shadow has become everything, and the norm is quite literally lobotomy! I can prove this statement, of course.
With Respect, David

I had the book written and was searching for a cover. I recalled something about Einstein say that he thought with his muscles. Only then did I realize how vocal he was in saying that imagination was more important than mind, etc. I went in seaarch of a picture of Einstein to put on the cover. Ouch!!!, It seems that it might cost $25 more. for the rights. Then I found this clip art copy that is on the cover. It cost me $25.00, but if I sell more than a quarter million, it will cost me

When I was younger, I belonged to several bowling leagues. My recurring experience was that my first few balls garnered strikes and spares and then I started thinking about what I was doing--and my game fell apart.

I love the concept of your book and the appeal and variety of your categories. I've been reading about Einstein, lately, and find his un/sub conscious ability to think in amazing abstract, creative terms just fascinating. Example: wondering as a child what it would be like to ride next to a light beam which,in later years, becomes the basis of his particle theory.

When my wife and I took ballroom dancing, the instructor kept encouraging everyone in the class to trust their body's memory. The principal impediment for me to do so was my ego's fear of appearing foolish. Of course, those who trusted their body more and did not succumb to such ego-centric fears looked fabulous, while I continued to stumble.
